Our former studio, which we hold very dear.
he space is organized into various environments. First, there is the central area, which includes a small waiting area between the flexible room and the work area. This is composed of a custom-designed modular table and a second, more intimate zone, where the archive, library, and reprography area are located. Both spaces are illuminated by natural light that directly reflects off the existing facade in the interior courtyard, right in the heart of Madrid’s Chamberí neighborhood.
The flexible room functions as an independent box with its own structure, clad in wood, and it serves multiple purposes: storage, meetings, dining, relaxation, events… This room allows for the recreation of various environments by either opening it completely to the central space or functioning independently. At the top, an interior vertical garden is planted, which directly interacts with the patio’s vegetation. Additionally, the service area, previously hidden in its old location, now features a renewed image that also addresses an acoustic need without compromising on design.
