The concept of the house is based on capturing natural light and creating soft shadows through overhangs on each planned floor. The warm light and gentle shadows flowing over the surfaces are reminiscent of mid-20th-century architecture.
The sunlight alters the colors of the vegetation that sporadically rises throughout the space alongside the blue of the sky, resulting in a home with a variety of shades.
The spaces are arranged across three distinct levels: first, the ground floor is designed as an open area distributed by partitions separated from each other, creating fully differentiated rooms in terms of use, yet interconnected in terms of visual perspective and the materials used. The living and dining rooms are connected by a longitudinal porch, which in turn is directly linked to the summer pool. On the other hand, the service area is located next to the kitchen and the office, which also has its own porch. Secondly, we find the upper floor, dedicated to bedrooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms, and an integrated balcony.
