Working on a ‘high-rise plot’ is a total challenge when it comes to trying to fit a programme and a concept into the constraints that we are faced with. Every line, texture and space is meticulously designed to create a unique and bespoke living experience.

We believe that spaces are not only to be lived in but also to be experienced and enjoyed in their entirety.

Natural light is central to the design, illuminating natural wood surfaces and minimalist finishes that evoke a sense of simplicity and elegance. The embrace of original structural elements, such as concrete columns, brings a raw texture and distinctive character to an otherwise smooth and cohesive design.
